Order dispatch hone se pehle cancellation request accept ki ja sakti hai.

Dispatch hone ke baad cancellation sambhav nahi hogi.

Hair care aur personal use products hone ke karan khule hue ya use kiye gaye products return nahi kiye ja sakte.

Return sirf in cases mein accept kiya jayega:

• Damaged Product Received

• Wrong Product Delivered

• Manufacturing Defect

Aise kisi bhi case mein customer ko delivery ke 48 ghante ke andar product ki photo ke saath humse sampark karna hoga.

Approved refunds 7-10 working days ke andar process kiye jayenge.

COD orders ke refund ke liye bank account details ki avashyakta ho sakti hai.
